We use cookies

We use necessary cookies to run the service. Analytics cookies are only used with your consent. Cookie policy

Privacy

Your files are processed temporarily and deleted automatically. Do not upload sensitive documents.

File retention

Files auto-delete after 60 hours.

You can delete files sooner from the job page.

Logs

We log minimal operational metadata (timestamps, job IDs, file sizes).

We do not store document contents in logs.

Sensitive data

Do not upload sensitive documents (medical, financial, IDs).

If you need special handling, contact us.

Downloads

Download links are short-lived and one-time.

Telegram bot profile

When you use the bot, we also keep a profile containing your Telegram chat ID, available username and name, language, activity dates, and notification preferences. This profile uses your chat ID directly and is separate from the pseudonymous statistics below. The profile record expires after 90 days without activity.

Telegram bot statistics

When enabled, the Telegram bot keeps pseudonymous usage statistics: activity counts, job results, file sizes, processing and delivery times, and optional feedback. Your Telegram ID is replaced by a keyed hash; PDF contents, file names, file IDs and download links are never stored in these statistics.

Statistics linked to a pseudonymous user are deleted 90 days after the event (profiles 90 days after your last activity); daily totals without user identifiers are deleted after 365 days. Backups of the statistics are kept for 7 days and removed by a daily cleanup. Uploaded files follow the file retention above.
